At Presents Anytime our goal is to offer you the best shipping options and experience, no matter where you live in the US. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US, ensuring that we always provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you. Currently we only ship to customers living in the USA. Due to the current pandemic around the world, we are experiencing delays with our warehouses, fulfillment centers, and shipping carriers. We are doing everything in our power to get your items to you as quickly as humanly possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these trying times. Thank you
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: All orders will be processed within 4-7 business days. Please note that all items are made to order. Depending on the product, we need 1-3 business days to create and process your order. In some rare cases, we may need to produce your product twice to ensure it meets our quality standards. This may delay your order by an additional 2 business days, although this does not usually happen. Once all information is processed, ordered items will be verified, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses and fulfillment centers to the destination. All orders are shipped by USPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse or fulfilment center, items usually take between 3 to 10 business days to arrive, but can take up to 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination if there are any delays with the USPS. Please take note that these are estimated delivery times, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you have ordered more than one item, items can be shipped separately from different warehouses and fulfilment centers.
Incorrect Information: Please make sure that all custom-made items an all delivery information is correct. If there is inaccurate or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information. This will cause delays in shipping your order.
All orders are currently being shipped from warehouses and fulfillment centers located in The United States of America.
International Shipping Times
Items usually take between 10 to 20 business days to arrive but can take up to 2 to 5 weeks to arrive at their destination if there are any delays with the Shipping carrier. Please take note that these are estimated delivery times, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
